The city is reviewing a permit application for Trulieve Dispensary at 8355 Baymeadows Road, completing the tenant space at Baymeadows Corner.
It is planned between Firehouse Subs and T-Mobile. Commercial Restaurant and Retail Construction is the contractor for the $160,000 project to improve 3,000 square feet of space.
The city is reviewing a permit for the $230,880 build-out of 3,000 square feet of space for Regal Nails at 12675 Beach Blvd., No. 304, in Tamaya Market.
The nail salon will be near the Sprouts Farmers Market that opened April 29.
The city approved a permit for Atlas Built Construction to build-out a 4,817-square-foot building at 1240 Walnut St. in Springfield for goPuff, a retail delivery service for convenience items, at a project cost of almost $69,000.
GoPuff has opened three warehouses in Jacksonville since June.
The warehouses stock and deliver more than 2,500 products.
