Two of the area’s newest developments feature homes by Mercedes Homes and both are north of Jacksonville.

Homes at Captiva Bluff starts in the $140s and range from 1,813 square feet to over 3,500 square feet. There are numerous sites with views of water or conservation areas.

The featured home is the “Shane Ridge” which has over 2,100 square feet and is $192,600.
