Pablo Bay, a new community on San Pablo Road, is known for its natural environment.

The PARC Group created Pablo Bay to provide a tree-lined retreat from the fast-paced world.

It is also 10 minutes away from the beach and is close to several medical care and research centers including The Mayo Clinic and Beaches Baptist Hospital and convenient to St. Luke’s and Memorial Hospital.

“The homes are selling great,” said Brady Almy, marketing assistant for Pablo Bay. “The entrance tower is just about finished and we started building homes in April 2001. The big selling point that we are pushing out at Pablo Bay is its location.”

Recreational opportunities include close proximity to many golf courses, both public and private, movie theaters, Adventure Landing, restaurants and marinas.

Pablo Bay will include approximately 450 single-family homes when complete.

Prices range from $200,000-500,000.

“We have already opened phases One through Five and are getting ready to open Phase Six in late August,” said Almy.

Six of the area’s builders are involved: North Florida Builders, Richard R. Dostie New Home Collection, Coppenbarger Homes, Classic American Homes and KB Home and Cornerstone Homes.

The community will open a recreation park in August which provides a gathering place for adults and children. In addition to a swimming pool and clubhouse, there is a multipurpose play field designed for soccer and other ball games and a dual activity court for basketball and tennis.
