Royal St. Augustine is the newest community in the nation’s oldest city. Located between I-95 and U.S. 1, it features a Chris Commins-designed golf course and a variety of housing choices.

Almost all of the new homes have views of the new golf course, which features a variety of holes that can challenge any skill of players.

The architectural designs offer innovative and flexible plans provided by three of the area’s top builders: Crawford Homes, American Homebuilders and ICI.

The golf clubhouse is the community’s center and offers a full bar and dining as well as a fully-stocked golf pro shop. Director of Golf John Eldridge, an experienced PGA pro, heads the staff. There is a large practice area.

Homes are prices from the $100s to the $300s.

The location makes it easy for residents, who are less than five minutes from downtown and less than five minutes from the two large outlet malls at I-95. The development also is adjacent to the St. Augustine campus of the St. Johns River Community College.
