• Cathy Tucker has been named training coordinator for Firehouse Subs. She is responsible for inspections of company-owned and franchise units and will be in charge of teaching training courses to area representatives, franchisees and general managers.
• Mary Jury has been named development officer at daniel, the child service agency. Her duties include coordinating all fundraising events.
• The Children’s Home Society has named David Clark development director for the North Florida district.
• Mayor John Delaney has announced three promotions within the Public Works Department. Ed Hall has been promoted to deputy director, John Pappas has been promoted to chief of the Engineering Division and Jeff Beck has been promoted to chief of the Streets and Drainage Division. All three appointments require City Council approval.
• JAXPORT has named Raul Alfonso director of Latin American sales. He will be responsible for coordinating marketing efforts in Latin America.
