About 1,000 people from the real estate industry attended Palencia’s open house last month.
The event allowed the guests to tour new model homes by builders Morrison Homes, North Florida Builders and Richard R. Dostie New Home Collection. The homes started in the low $200,000s. Each home had a completely different architectural design allowing the agents to see the possibilities that could be found in a neighborhood of Palencia.
The event was catered by Anthony’s and desserts were set up in front of each home.
