Denise Wallace of Stokes & Co. has been named president of the Northeast Florida Builders Association and Greg Matovina of Matovina and Co. is now the first vice president.
The moves came last month when Stephen Edmonds resigned after being arrested on charges of child molestation and distribution of child pornography.
Wallace has been involved in NEFBA since the 1980’s and is the second woman president of the association. Mary Louise Dungey of the H. Smith Company was the first several years ago.
Matovina is currently the secretary/treasurer and will continue in both roles until the secretary/treasurer position is filled.
