The Northeast Florida Builders Association will have its annual Gala on Friday, Oct. 4 with a jungle theme. It’s titled “NEFBA on Safari.”
The event will be at the Jacksonville Fairgrounds from 6:30-11 p.m.
“We thought the safari theme would be a little different thanthemes in years past,” said Gala co-chairman Naomi Lumley. “This year’s proceeds benefit Builders Care and Cattyshack Wild Animal Ranch.”
Cost is $100 per person or $1,000 for a table of 10. Food and beverages will be served from 7 p.m. until 9 p.m.
“There will plenty of prizes, a silent auction and this year’s grand prize is a three-year lease on a 2002 Land Rover Freelander,” said co-chairman Brad King.
Food will be provided by Anthony’s with music by the Diggin’ in Dreamland band.
