Duval County Court Judge James A. Ruth visited students at A. Philip Randolph Academies of Technology last week to share his perspective on the law. Ruth spoke about his upbringing, his experiences as an attorney and how he conducts his courtroom. The informal presentation was an extension of Law Week activities, sponsored every year by the Jacksonville Bar Association.
