KB Home won top honors last month as the Sales and Marketing Council presented its annual Laurel Awards.
A total of 55 awards were given in an Academy Awards-style ceremony at Jacksonville’s T-U Center and KB Home won the Grand Award and the Golden Service Award.
Ron Coppenbarger of Coppenbarger Homes won the coveted Dick Baker Award for service to the industry.
The Developer of the Year award went Walter O’Shea of Hines Development, which has the Palencia community north of St. Augustine.
The Realtor of the Year award went to Judy Hicks of Re/Max Real Estate Specialists.
In the mortgage category, Laura Smith of Countrywide Home Loans was the Lender of the Year for non-builder companies and KB Home won in the builder category.
