Brokers and agents at Century 21 John T. Ferreira & Son were the big winners at the Century 21 awards luncheon at The Casa Monica Hotel in St. Augustine last month.
The office won the Centurion Office, Quality Service Pinnacle Office and Quality Service awards and many of the office’s individual agents won awards.
Top agents for the year were Gloria Ann Worley of St. Augustine Properties, Inc. the No. 1 producer in gross closed commission, and Grace Lipman of John T. Ferreira & Son, the top producer in units.
Awards were given in numerous categories based on sales totals.
“I’m extremely proud of all of our awards winners,” said Bobby Ferreira, broker of Century 21 John T. Ferreira & Son. “Their success in 2002 is a testament to their hard work and dedication to customer service.”
About 135 Century 21 agents and staff attended the event where Howard Kelly of Sally Industries Inc. was the featured speaker. The group was also entertained by a musical group made up of Century 21 A1A agents and members of the Moultree Baptist Church choir.
