• Professor James Pierce an emeritus professor at the University of Florida School of Law.

• Roger J. Dodd who wrote “The Power Cross-Examination — Controlling the Runaway Witness.”

Lunch

Lunch will be served during a lecture from Frank ‘Sonny’ Seiler, who was defense counsel for James Williams during his murder trial. The trial became such a great story that it inspired the writing of the best seller “Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil.”

This will be an all-day seminar including lunch. 8 CLE hours have been approved.
