Downtown Vision, Inc. and downtown parking operators revealed the logo for the new Park Smart program during a ceremony Tuesday at the Omni. Designed to make downtown parking more affordable and visible, the program works in two ways. Between 11:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m., parking will cost $2 for an hour and a half, with no coupon or validation required. During weekend and night hours, parking is available at a discounted rate with $1 off Park Smart coupons. Parking facilities — there are a total of 33 participating locations — will display the new logo.
