Atlanta-based real estate broker Jim Brewer hosted an open house Sunday for his Springfield condominium project at the northeast corner of 8th and Main Street. Ranging in size from 678 to 800 square feet, the units differ slightly in their floor plans. Common to all the units are dual bedrooms, hardwood floors, plantation shutters inside, new cabinets and appliances, colonial trim on the doors, 10-foot ceilings, individual intercom systems, sprinkler systems and six-panel doors. A total of four washers and dryers are provided in a common utility room. One parking space is allotted per tenant. Prices begin at $100,000. “We’re attempting to attract young professionals,” said Brewer.
