Ryland Homes, which builds single-family homes and townhomes in six Jacksonville area neighborhoods, will relocate to its new headquarters facility at 1845 Town Center Blvd. This month.
Jeff Agar, president of Ryland Homes in the Jacksonville area, said the new facility offices 8,000 square feet of space, four times Ryland‚s current office space.
“We have grown from six people at the start of the year to more than 28 professionals and support staff,” said Agar. During that same period, Ryland’s Jacksonville area division built more than 150 new homes.
