KB Home of Jacksonville has opened its new and expanded regional headquarters at 10475 Fortune Parkway, Building 100, on Jacksonville’s Southside.
The 12,500 square foot facility — four times the size of their former offices — is the headquarters for KB Home executive and administrative employees, including the divisional president, department managers, land operations, finance, sales, marketing and purchasing.
“We’re delighted by the growth we’ve experienced since we began building new homes in Northeast Florida”, said John Molyneaux, division president for KB Home, which began its Jacksonville operations in mid-2001 with the acquisition of Trademark Homes.
The company is now building in more than 18 communities throughout Northeast Florida.
