Linda Story (right) of Coldwell Banker/Walter Williams on Kingsley was the big winner in the recent Realtor reward program at the Country Club of Orange Park.
“She actually received three bonuses,” said Rachel McDonald, the marketing director at Orange Park Country Club who presented the rewards. “She won a $500 gift certificate to Casa Monica for registering her prospective home buyer during the month of April, then she sold a house to the same prospect, earning a $500 bonus through the Thank You Bonus program. Finally, she received an additional $1,000 bonus for selling a select inventory home before June 2003.”
