Cranes add to library's vertical push

Located across from Hemming Plaza, work at the new Main Library is continuing to go vertical with large cranes now being integrated into construction efforts. A part of the Better Jacksonville plan, the $95 million project should be complete by the end of 2004 with expanded business and technology centers among its primary features.
