Alan Travis (right), president of the Harbour Companies — Berkman Plaza’s developer — confirmed the sale price of $46 million. The Harbour Companies retain ownership of the 52-slip marina, adjacent land for a future tower and seven townhomes. Stoltz said staffing and tenant policies will remain the same.
