Southside Rotary Club honored two civil servants Tuesday at the Radisson. Audrey Moran, chief of staff for Mayor John Delaney, received the Good Government Award, and JEA CEO Walt Bussells received the Frank Sherman Award, named after the club’s founder, for his service to the community. Moran, wife of County Court Judge John Moran, was the first female director of the State Attorney’s Office. Bussells, a JEA employee since 1973, was hailed for his ability to lead the City through tough times and manage the organization like a business.
