ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. (May 21, 2003) - Last week, Palencia and builder Bryan Lendry broke ground on the community’s newest residences, the Village Townhomes. The two-story townhomes feature Spanish-inspired architecture, and are located at the entrance of Palencia Village, the community’s town center.

Townhome floor plans feature three or four bedrooms, ample room for entertaining, and plenty of upgrades. In every home, buyers will enjoy eight-foot entry doors, 10-foot ceilings, recessed lighting, crown moulding in formal areas, 42” cabinets with Corian counters, ceramic tile in kitchen and bathroom areas, and separate tub and shower in the master bath.

Outside every home, buyers find Spanish-style textured stucco exteriors, decorative shutters, large front courtyards with brick pavers, aluminum gates and rails in courtyard areas and on balconies, and professional landscaping with automatic irrigation.

“These townhomes, along with our wonderful amenities package, will offer buyers the most luxurious townhome living option available in the area today,” said Naomi Lumley, sales manager and broker for Palencia Realty. “Brylen Homes has really created something special here for our buyers.”

The Village Townhomes are available in four floor plans ranging from 1,874 square feet to 2,449 square feet, and priced from the $280,000s. The townhomes are located just a short walk from the community’s primary amenities, including the Arthur Hills-designed championship golf course, the 33,000-square-foot golf clubhouse, the $4 million swim and fitness center, the 10-court tennis club, parks, walking and jogging trails, and the shops and offices of Market Street - the Village’s main thoroughfare.
