Promoting Builders Care Work Day was the main theme of the Northeast Florida Builders Association’s Sales and Marketing Council’s breakfast meeting last month. Board members dressed in t-shirts and jeans to show how excited they were to get started working on homes. Meredith Oliver of Meredith Communications in Orlando spoke to the group about how to “Wow” their customers and make a memorable impression on everyone they meet. She also gave tips on how to make websites more customer-friendly and how to personalize Internet communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
