Prudential Network Realty celebrated nearly $500 million in home sales last month at its annual awards banquet.

Elizabeth Hudgins of the Ponte Vedra office topped sales with $25.5 million. Anita Vining of San Jose was next at $14 million.

The rookie of the year is Michelle Cummings of Atlantic Beach, who sold over $2 million.

There was a tie for the top office between Atlantic Beach and Avondale.

Sales Executive Diane Thornton of LandMar’s Grand Haven community has received the Grand Haven Sales Executive of the Year award, an honor she has earned the past three out of four years.

During 2002, Thornton completed 46 sales with gross revenues totaling over $9.2 million. In 2001, she completed 42 sales totaling over $7.2 million. She also received the award in 1999.

Thornton and the other sales executives at Grand Haven combined sold 151 home sites and 130 homes with gross revenues in excess of $48 million.

On the heel of its record sales year in 2002, Eagle Harbor at Fleming Island recently honored 184 area agents for participating in the Golden Eagle Master Salesperson program. A record 53 received the “Golden Eagle” trophy for selling two or more homes at Eagle Harbor.

The awards luncheon was held at Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse in downtown Jacksonville.

Linda Bayles of Re/Max on Park Avenue once again received special recognition as Top Co-op Producer with 17 sales. Bob and Jan Howard, also of Re/Max on Park Avenue, were the Top Sales Team with nine sales.

North Florida Builders finished 2002 with over $22 million in sales, achieving a company record. The company completed 41 new home sales during 2002, with the average sales price at over a half million dollars.

“During 2002, we closed 15 percent more than the previous year,” said Howard White, owner and CEO. “The number of new home contracts written by North Florida Builders was even higher. We’re optimistic that home sales in Northeast Florida will continue to be strong in 2003 and we expect to exceed last year’s closings by 15 to 30 percent.”
