KB Home of Jacksonville recently marked the opening of its newest community, Ibis Cove, with a full day of grand opening festivities.
Family fun, food, refreshments and an appearance by Happy Home greeted many visitors to the Ibis Cove celebration, which also featured a live radio remote.
Visitors received an assortment of gifts while touring the beautiful new model home at Ibis Cove. A prize drawing awarded dinner for two at Outback Steakhouse to one lucky couple.
Ibis Cove features new homes from 1,590 to 3,162 square feet. Prices start from the $150’s.
To reach Ibis Cove, take I-295 and exit at Roosevelt Blvd. Head south to the community, which is on the left, just past Hibernia Road.
