The legislative session will draw builders and real estate leaders from around the state. Each industry will have its “day” in Tallahassee.
The builders will meet April 5-8 for a board meeting and legislative visits. The main visits will be Monday, April 7, with a day that concludes with a reception at the Governor’s Club.
The real estate leadership will meet Wednesday, April 9 at the 33rd annual Legislative Day in Tallahassee.
Most area associations will have buses going for the day, which starts with a legislative update from the Florida Association of REALTORS® in the morning. FAR staff will describe the major issues facing the industry and suggest talking points.
That’s followed by a lunch at the Capitol, and then meetings with area legislators. The day closes with an open house with the Tallahassee Board of REALTORS®.
