Agents are being warned about a man who may still be in the North Florida area after robbing agents in Ormond Beach and Valdosta.
The suspect is described as an approximately 6-foot-3 white man in his mid-30s or early 40s, who weighs between 250-300 pounds and has blue eyes and short, light brown hair. He was last seen wearing blue jeans and a dark, multi-colored shirt and was carrying a black briefcase.
The man tied up and robbed a real estate agent last month while she was showing the suspect a luxury home for sale in the Ormond Beach area.
The victim said she arrived first at the home, unlocked the residence and began showing it to the client. Once they got to the master bedroom, the client told the woman it was a robbery and ordered her to the ground. The suspect bound the woman’ s hands and feet and put her in a walk-in closet
The victim, who wasn’t injured, managed to free herself and go to a neighbor’s house to summon help.
