The doors have only been open for a few months, but the tenants continue to move in to the newly-renovated 11 E. Forsyth loft apartments. To date, 26 units have been leased and an additional 24 have been pre-leased. Building management estimates 11 E. will be 80 percent occupied within a month. However, there’s still no word on any potential retail clients for the ground floor spaces.
