Ocean Blvd. Development, a residential design/build, commercial and multi-family development company, will soon break ground on the Cottages of Atlantic Beach. The announcement was made by Michael Sones and Michael Altenbach, Ocean Blvd.
The Cottages of Atlantic Beach will be seven beach cottages with attached two car garages. It will be situated on the east side of Atlantic Beach, between Seminole and Beach Ave., on some of the last developable land in Atlantic Beach. Homes will feature three to five bedrooms with a wide range of floor plans included in the five models.
This multi-family community will include private Beach Ave. access that is approved for both pedestrian and electrical vehicles as well as a community pool. Amenities in the homes include choice of six different looks for custom kitchen cabinets, stainless appliances, Kohler fixtures, granite countertops and optional elevators.
The homes are priced from $700,000 and feature all concrete construction and poured concrete walls.

Prospective homeowners can go online and find their home with the site’s interactive database that matches customer preferences with specific homes.
The new home finder’s selection criteria include home type, price ranges, desired construction completion date, square footage, numbers of bedrooms and bathrooms, builders and neighborhoods. For additional homes, the site also lists all available homes and homesites in the award-winning community.
The expanded site allows individuals to view available homes within both The Neighborhoods of World Golf Village and The Estates of World Golf Village, maps of neighborhoods and World Golf Village’s master plan.

Lots in Ponte Vedra Pointe, Coppenbarger Homes’ newest community, are now for sale. The estate lots are priced in the $208s and house-and-lot combinations are available from the $585s. Ponte Vedra Pointe only has 16 lots.

The Landings at Belle Rive, a condominium community located at 10200 Belle Rive Blvd. just off of Southside Blvd., is already 20 percent ahead of its sales projections. The development has sold over 60 condominiums in the first 75 days of sales. The project opened in January.
The project renovation features one and two bedroom condominiums ranging in square footage from 770 to 1,070. Each home has a fireplace with brick hearth, enclosed balcony or patio, new Berber carpeting, and new kitchen and bath cabinets. Prices start in the $80’s.

The National Relocation & Real Estate Magazine’s 15th annual Power Broker Report and Survey has recently identified Watson Realty Corp. as ranking 24th in the nation based on closed transaction sides (15,327) in 2002.

Brylen Homes has moved its corporate headquarters from its long-time Ponte Vedra Beach offices to a prime new Jacksonville location. The new office is located at 4745 Sutton Park Court, just off of Hodges Boulevard, one mile north of J. Turner Butler Boulevard.
Bryan Lendry, president of Brylen Homes, acquired the 2,400-square-foot building last November — doubling the space in which his company previously operated. The move stems from Brylen Homes’ growth over the past year and will enable the company to maintain closer contact with its clients. Taylor Woodrow’s Orange Park Country Club, a gated golf course community, is expanding its incentive program for Realtors.
One of the most popular components of the Realtor incentive program, the “Cash Bonus Program” which offers cash bonuses for a Realtor’s first, second and additional sales, is still available, but is now increased by two new incentives.
The new “Inventory Homes Program” has been introduced and offers cash bonuses ranging from $750-2,000 to Realtors who sell and close on select inventory homes. In order to receive a bonus, a realtor must sell and close on select homes by June 30.
In addition to the “Inventory Homes Program”, Orange Park Country Club is now offering a “Weekend Getaway” incentive.
For every prospect a Realtor registers at Orange Park Country Club, his or her business card is entered into a monthly drawing for a $500 gift certificate for a weekend getaway to the Casa Monica Hotel in St. Augustine. Drawings will be held at the end of each month through June.

Espanita, a gated waterfront community in Crescent Beach, has sold out, according to representatives from Victoria Robbins Realty.
Within the first six days of the community’s marketing campaign, 23 of the community’s 24 homesites were sold. Shortly thereafter, the final lot was also sold.

Sea Colony, the St. Augustine Beach’s oceanfront community, welcomed the first new residents to The Villas at Sea Colony. Jim and Sandy Byrne of Ocala purchased Sea Colony’s first villa as a weekend getaway. The Byrne’s new home is one of only 8 villas that will be available in the private community.
McGarvey-Doerer Custom Builders is developing the two-story homes which include three upstairs bedroom suites and almost 2,500 square feet. The homes sell for $449,500.
