Ryland adds 356 homes

Ryland Homes has contracted for 356 homesites at Durbin Crossing, a master-planned community proposed in north St. Johns County east of Julington Creek.

Jeff Agar, division manager for Ryland Homes in Jacksonville, said construction of new homes will begin in late 2004. Durbin Crossing is a separate DRI and is not part of Julington Creek, Agar emphasized.
