Those attending the Laurel Awards heard the phrase ICI plenty of times. The big builder took home two major design awards, were part of two won by a local design firm and had 16 agents recognized for multi-million dollar sales.
In design, ICI won Laurels for “Best design, $250,000-$349,999: for their Preakness II home, and “Best design, $500,000-$699,999” for their Southern Breeze II home.
Two Laurels to Sisler-Williams were on ICI properties: “Best interior merchandising, $500,000-$699,999” for Plantation Oaks, and “Best interior merchandising, over $1 million” for Elan Du Mor.

The Preakness II is now the most popular floor plan in the ICI collection. There are five different elevations in the 2,951 square feet, and features a freedom of movement around the home.
The Southern Breeze II has 3,656 square feet with a two-story ceiling. There are five bedrooms, with the Master downstairs and the rest upstairs.
