Florida meets Georgia . . . in the courtroom

Prior to the Florida-Georgia football game at Alltel Stadium, the two schools had a showdown at the U.S Courthouse at Jacksonville as part of the annual Hulsey Kimbrell moot court competition. Organized by Matt McLaughlin, an attorney at Smith, Hulsey & Busey, law students from the Universities of Florida and Georgia were given a chance to argue a case before real judges. Georgia won possession of the Hulsey Kimbrell trophy until next year’s competition.
