• Clary & Associates has hireds former City of Jacksonville Land Surveyor Bob Pittman to its surveying and mapping company. Pittman, a Jacksonville native, comes to Clary & Associates with nearly 30 years of industry experience working for the city.
• Trammell Crow Company has promoted Elwood B. Coley to senior managing director of its National Corporate Services Business. Coley was also appointed to the firm’s National Operating Committee. He had previously led the company’s service business for the state of Florida Paul B. Ellis, principal with the firm will assume the role of North Florida area director for all operations in the Orlando, Tampa, and Jacksonville markets.
