John Clark, the Jacksonville Airport Authority’s executive director, told the Chamber’s Downtown Council last week that the airport’s expansion would be ready for the Super Bowl. It was the Council’s next-to-last meeting and the year concludes Dec. 6 with the installation of the 2004 officers. The speaker will be City Council president Lad Daniels.
