The Sally Corporation’s office and production studio on Forsyth Street in LaVilla is full of dinosaurs, skeletons and magical wizards — all components of the animatronic entertainment they design for theme parks, attractions and museums around the world.
The company is open to tours two days a week, and Thursday hosted a group of first graders from Abess Park Elementary School. The children got to test interactive games, see works in progress and learn how some of the animated robotic characters are made.
