Speakers at Friday’s Urban Land Institute breakfast included Michael Langton, managing partner from LB Jax development; Edward Mitchell from the Springfield Restoration Group; and Kirk Wendland, executive director from the JEDC.
During the hour-long program, the panelists gave their views on a broad base of topics, ranging from the perception of crime in the area as well as the future role of tax incentives for new downtown businesses.
The next power breakfast to discuss downtown entertainment will take place next month.
