Lyn Briggs, director of marketing with Downtown Vision, Inc., stands with an oil painting she was given by a homeless woman, who was pushing it around in her cart. A woman who called DVI said she had seen the woman with the painting, which appeared to be of professional quality. As Briggs admired the work, the woman offered it to her. DVI is trying to learn the name of the artist and wants to include the oil in the 100 Windows of Art program. Anyone with information may call the DVI office at 634-0303.
