Eagle Harbor at Fleming Island recently honored 134 area real estate agents for participating in the Golden Eagle Master Salesperson (GEMS) program last year. The Golden Eagle trophy was awarded to 27 agents for selling two or more homes at Eagle Harbor in 2003.
The awards luncheon was held at Ruth’s Chris in downtown Jacksonville.
Eagle Harbor revamped its GEMS program this year. For each sale, participating agents names were entered into a year-end drawing for cash prizes.
Linda Bayles of Re/Max Park Avenue was the big $25,000 winner in the category for five or more sales and Trecia Crews of Prudential Network Realty won $10,000 in the category for two-to-four sales. Ro Andrade of Watson Realty Corp. won $5,000 in the one-sale category. Mark Cole of Realty Executives received $10,000 for having the top number of sales.
“Eagle Harbor continues to be a great success story. However, there are presently 700 more homesites available,” said Roger Arrowsmith, president of East West Partners‚ Florida Division. “We sold 302 homes last year, so we are anticipating a two to three year sellout.”
