Ryland homes will unveil its Premier Series of homes at Bartram Springs off Race Track Road in St. Johns County.
Jeff Agar, president of Ryland homes in the Jacksonville region, said construction of Ryland’s Premier Series model homes at Bartram Springs will start in June.
The Premier Series features four and five bedroom homes that range in size from 2,700 square feet of living space to 4,000 square feet.
Premier Series homes include a private courtyard approach to the entrance of each home and three-car garages, Agar said. Ryland’s Premier Series homes at Bartram Springs will be priced from the $200s and the first model homes should open by August.
There will be 45 home sites for the Premier Series at Bartram Springs.
