A day at the ballpark

They never take the field, but it would be hard to watch a Suns baseball game without them. They’re the support staff who take tickets, serve food and beer, show people to their seats and sell souvenirs. “It’s a pretty good job,” said Maurice Brown, a ticket taker at the park. “You get to be outside and you get to see some pretty good games, too.” They were busy Wednesday as the Suns hosted the Mobile BayBears for an afternoon game at the Baseball Grounds of Jacksonville. The Suns won 4-1.
