• Ozzie Mechoso has been named financial services manager at the Ironstone Bank Baymeadows branch.
• Scott Keller has been appointed senior IT consultant at LevyNET LLC. He is returning to Jacksonville from Maine, where he spent the past year in the computer and engineering fields. LevyNET specializes in data networks, hardware and software sales and support and web design and hosting.
• Alan E. Rainer, P.E., has joined PBS&J’s North Florida Transportation Design Program as a senior transportation project manager. Rainer will be responsible for managing roadway design projects and client development activities. Rainer has been involved in projects throughout Florida, including the widening of both I-275 in Tampa and the Palmetto Expressway in Miami and improvements to Brannan-Field Chaffee Road in Clay County. He has also managed the design of many of the largest transportation projects in and around Atlanta.
• Ch. 30 will air “Inside Training Camp: Jaguars Summer,” beginning Aug. 15 and running through Sept. 11. The show is produced by NFL Films and gives viewers a chance to follow players and coaches as they prepare for the 2004 season.
