Though months away from completion, Villa Riva in Riverside is selling quickly.
“We’re very pleased at how well things are going,” said general project partner Bryan Webber, who also serves as managing director for Flagship Property. “Since the start of 2004 we’ve been experiencing an enormous boost with respect to interest from the public. That’s been very encouraging.”
Over 50 percent of the residential units were sold before construction began last year. Webber said by the early 2005 opening, he expects the building will be sold out.
