ICI Homes has started models and inventory homes in Magnolia Preserve, a community in the Plantation estates at Julington Creek.
There will be 73 home sites up to a half-acre and all homes will have 3-car garages.
There will be 19 home designs including the Preakness V (pictured,) a 4-bedroom, 3-bath home with 2,749 square feet with 10-12 foot ceiling heights.
There will be 19 designs and pricing is in the $475-600,000 range.
