Since holding a groundbreaking ceremony last month, the second building at the World Golf Village’s Laterra condo and spa has been completely sold out with total sales revenue exceeding $14 million. Construction on the second building is currently underway.
Once complete, it will house 41 fully furnished condominiums overlooking the lake and wooded preservation lands.
“This is another significant milestone for both Laterra and World Golf Village as we move toward the opening of Laterra’s first building and the PGA Tour Spa,” said Bart Rahuba, executive vice president of Hillman Properties, developer of Laterra. “We are on target for having the first phase ready in time for the Hall of Fame induction ceremony in mid-November.”
Already under construction, the first phase of Laterra consists of the Spa building, which will be home to the first PGA Tour Spa and 72 resort condominiums.
The spa is the center of Laterra, a 41-acre courtyard community within the King & Bear neighborhood of World Golf Village.
It is the only inclusive resort community within the World Golf Village, and will have an exclusive on-site rental program.
