Construction continues to progress on MiraVista at Harbortown, Centex Homes’ newest condominium community situated on the Intracoastal Waterway.
Located just off Atlantic Boulevard, this waterfront community is bordered by the Intracoastal Waterway on one side and the planned Harbortown complex and marina on the other. The Harbortown community will include a marina, a promenade linking the marina, retail space, and restaurants within an approximately 15-acre site on the Intracoastal Waterway. While only a few Phase I residences remain, an additional building has just been released that offers marinafront residences.
“Two buildings will be completed by the end of this year and occupancy will start during the fourth quarter,” said Site Agent Debby Brown. “Five other buildings are currently at different stages of construction, and another three are slated for construction as part the development’s later phases.”
With prices starting in the high $400s, MiraVista at Harbortown will consist of 150 residences, all in three-story buildings in a gated-access setting.

The marina seawall and bulkhead are finished and construction continues on community infrastructure and the residents-only clubhouse, which will feature a swimming pool, fitness center and whirlpool spa. As a part of Harbortown community, residents of MiraVista will also be able to use the state-of-the-art, 150-slip marina that will offer 40-, 50- and 60-foot slips.
“We are delighted that people have discovered that this part of the Intracoastal Waterway is convenient to Downtown and the beach,” said Brown.
“They are looking for a chance to have a place on the water that isn’t too far from everything Jacksonville has to offer. Many sales are coming from boaters who are looking for a convenient location for their boat that also features easy ocean access.”
