North Florida Builders, a Woodside Co., is now onsite with a show home available for viewing at Las Palmas in Ponte Vedra.

The Flagler show home at Las Palmas is open daily for preview or purchase. The Flagler is a two-story design with five bedrooms, five bathrooms and 4,370 square feet of living space. The home is priced at $832,100.
The company has several other new home designs ranging from 2,925 to 4,510 square feet available for Las Palmas. They can also customize plans to meet individual needs. Home and homesite packages are priced starting in the $600s.
Each homesite in Las Palmas is a minimum of a quarter-acre. The community features a lake setting with several of the homesites offering lakefront or lake views. Currently a membership initiation fee to Marsh Landing Country Club is included in the price of each new home. Students living in the Las Palmas community may attend schools in the St. Johns County School District. Both Landrum Middle School and the YMCA are within walking distance.
