Ryland Homes will start presales of new homes priced from the $180s in September in a new phase at Bartram Springs in south Duval County.
The new phase will offer 166 home sites and four different product lines: the Discovery Series homes on 50-foot lots; the Executive Series on 60-foot homesites; the Estate Series Homes, 70-foot and the Premiere Series on 80-foot homesites.
This will be the first time the Premiere Series of homes have been made available to the public for purchase. The Premiere Series will be the most luxurious offerings from Ryland in Jacksonville, which will be priced from the high $200 s.
Construction of three model homes will begin this month with the new models ready for viewing before the end of the year.
