The land within St. Johns Forest, a Taylor Woodrow community, has been cleared and is well on the way to becoming the area’s new community. Some of the development’s amenities are now under construction, as well.
When the new gated neighborhood in St. Johns County is complete, St. Johns Forest will feature over 500 homes.
“St. Johns Forest is designed with growing families in mind,” Land Development Director Tom Spence said. “We have seen a phenomenal interest in our spectacular community since we started pre-construction sales last month.”
Situated near I-95 and CR 210 in the heart of St. Johns County, St. Johns Forest is a private community where residents will reside in St. Johns County yet have a Jacksonville address. The community’s builders include Morrison Homes, David Weekley Homes, Richard R. Dostie - A Toll Brothers Co., and ICI Homes. The builders are offering homes on 60-80-foot homesites priced from the mid-$200s.
