The Vintage Group, Inc. has begun offering 22 prime homesites ready for construction of homes in Palencia’s Sebastian Square neighborhood.
Having acquired a mixture of preserve, waterfront, interior, and parkfront homesites, The Vintage Group is offering a variety of floorplans starting at about 2,600 square feet. Lot and home packages are priced from the high $400s. The Vintage Group will be using this neighborhood to introduce a new series of floorplans, “The Barletta,” which emphasizes Florida living.
The company is unveiling the Barletta series this year with the construction of several inventory homes and a 3,431 square foot, 5 bedroom, 4 1/2 bathroom model home. They will feature a large upstairs recreation room and covered balcony that overlooks a lake.
Most homes built by The Vintage Group in Sebastian Square will have 3-car garages and upgraded custom features such as hard floor surfaces, granite countertops and Bosch kitchen appliances.
“Sebastian Square is going to be a unique living experience that focuses on outdoor living,” said President Jerry L. Linder Jr. “In addition to being surrounded by a nature preserve area and sparkling lakes, it will have a central park with a playscape that everyone can enjoy and a boardwalk that connects to other neighborhoods in Palencia.”
Sebastian Square will continue The Vintage Group’s work in Palencia where it currently has several homesites suitable for homes that would start at $1 million. This year’s SunTrust Symphony/ASID Showhouse that was built in Palencia by The Vintage Group shattered the annual event’s previous attendance records and helped to raise about $165,000 for the Jacksonville Symphony Guild, according to Showhouse Co-Director Cletia Bowron.
