Following in the footsteps of 11 E. and the Palencia, VillaRiva in Riverside will host the the SunTrust Symphony Showhouse next Summer.
In preparation of the event, approximately 60 designers were invited to a reception Tuesday, where they met with VillaRiva developer Bryan Weber, viewed floor plans and took tours of the property.
Later this month, they will begin pitching their design proposals for the event, which raises money for the symphony.
“This really is an exciting event and one that has been very successful in the past,” said VillaRiva spokesperson Jennifer Marko. “Last year, over $3 million was raised.”
Marko said a selection committee will decide on designers later this month.
“We’re really looking forward to hosting this year’s event,” said Marko. “It’s really an honor and we can’t wait to see what the designers have in store for us.”
