Often called, “the spark for the restoration of North Main Street,” the Klutho Apartment Building is scheduled to open Nov. 18. Project organizers FreshMinistries said a ribbon-cutting ceremony is currently being planned. “Not only do we see a wonderful historic building being saved,” said FreshMinistries chair Robert Lee, “but more importantly, we see a catalyst for new commercial activity on this part of Main Street, the gateway of downtown Jacksonville.”
